Topical Use Direction: Add a few drops of KALI Bloating & Water Retention Oil Blend to SKINbymne Body Oil or Soothing Gel. Apply the dilution onto the affected areas and massage it in the direction of the heart. Start at your feet and then your arms. For bloating, you can apply a small amount over the abdominal area, lower back, and upper thighs. On stomach area, you can massage it gently from right side to the left in a clockwise motion. The more essential oil blend you use, the more potent the dilution is; so be mindful and always check your reaction by doing a patch test before use.
